STEVEN PAUL WARNER - MANAGING DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL SALES

Steven was born in Southend on Sea, United Kingdom. Stevens first position of employment was with the UK government. Wanting something different for his career, Steven started an extremely successful and challenging opportunity with Deloitte Touche Thomatsu (the global firm in control of Deloitte practices throughout the world.) His duties were to design, market, and facilitate Tax Training courses to the accountants employed by the company throughout Europe. This role opened his eyes to the great potential in property investment abroad and cross boarder trading.

Seeing this vast potential in international property, Steven moved to Spain to work for the industry leaders. After several years, he realized the only way to progress his career further was to become his own boss. With a good few years of industry experience under his belt, he moved back to the UK and successfully headed up Holmes Pearman International (a sister company to an already established independent estate agency in Essex). It was also during his time back in the UK that Steven was invited by the number one newspaper in Essex (Evening Echo) to write a weekly column called Ask the Expert. Steven answered the people’s investment questions for over two years. During his time at Holmes Pearman he effectively made contacts with developers in Dubai, Bulgaria,Turkey, Spain, Caribbean, Brazil and Prague to name but a few.

Still wanting more, he then left the Holmes Pearman umbrella to form Flores International Properties Ltd. Steven and his father successful managed Flores International Properties Ltd. for
four years.

The retirement of Steven’s father and business partner at the end of 2008 led to a new exciting opportunity. After some deliberation it proved to be a natural progression for him to partner with Amanda Sawicz. He joined forces with Amanda to form Global Investment Solutions Ltd. The company was officially incorporated in January 2009.

AMANDA SAWICZ - MANAGING DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND AFTER-SALES

Amanda Sawicz is the co-founder and Managing Director of Global Investment Solutions Ltd. She was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, and still has very strong roots there. She comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. Both of her parents, as well as her brother all own their own successful businesses.

After a career as an engineer in the mining industry, she decided to pursue an alternative position as an Account Executive, as engineering was no longer for her.

She is a must have asset for firms and is not surprising that she flourished with many fo the worlds top companies such as Xerox, CDI College and most recently CTV Television Inc.

Always working prodigiously for her clients she earned herself a solid reputation in providing superior customer service and satisfaction. As a result of her sincere efforts, she always managed to receive all the top awards.

With awards in hand, she left CTV Television in search of new opportunities abroad. She moved to Marbella, Spain and pursued a career in foreign investment. It was through her career in foreign investment that she found the opportunity she had been seeking and Global Investment Solutions Ltd. was created.

Once the European division was running smoothly, a decision was then made to launch the Canadian division of Global Investment Solutions Ltd. Being her home nation, Amanda is keen to introduce the benefits of foreign investment to her native country.

Global Investment Solutions Ltd now offers services to clients both in Europe and Canada.
