Sorry for the delay this week everyone –We have been very busy with our Ramsgate Project. It has taken me a few extra days to get this blog out – but we are finally here. Enjoy.
We usually use our blog to advise on investments and to help you save for the future. Monday morning is upon us again! Therefore, before I start with our first topic of the week, I would like to wish all of our blog followers a productive and successful week!
This morning I rose early to speak with a client in Dubai (Time zones are the only thing that makes working in this industry tough). The client is a hardened property investor and has been with us for many years.
He had spent the weekend looking at our new products and felt drawn to the alternative investments we now offer. However, as with anything new, he had a lot of questions. With this in mind I thought I would start my first blog of the week explaining about alternative investments.

It is Friday, here in our Spanish office we are looking at rainy skies. I have just spoken to our London office and they are also looking at rainy skies.... So I thought ‘Let’s brighten our day with a bit of fun for a Friday!’

The Chateau suites in Chateau de la Cazine are now SIPP APPROVED!! They has been approved by London & Colonial, who are a master SIPP trustee.
The SIPP opportunity is the same as the current deal - the only difference is that we require a 67% deposit* for SIPPs (for which we pay 5% per annum interest on) *as opposed to the usual 50% deposit for cash buyers. The 33% balance due on completion will be differed for 10 years under the 0% finance, at which point the 150% buyback is offered.
