I am sure many will be happy to see the back end of this week, and get started on their weekend? For a Friday I had thought I would provide some easy reading.  Maybe get you excited about planning a city break!

Is anyone headed out for a City Break this weekend? It is part of my New Years Resolution to travel to a new city once a month – so this weekend I had better get planning.  I find these types of trips are not only a great way to let your hair down, but also investigate property markets elsewhere.  Whenever I am in a new city – I always look in the windows, and pop into various real estate agents.  I like to see what’s on offer, how the markets are doing and the various price points for properties.  Real Estate always does well in major city centers.

What I had wanted to focus on today was getting in the right mindset for taking control of your finances and your financial future.  It’s a popular themed resolution I hear over and over from friends, family, and colleagues alike – but actioning it is certainly no small feat.  People are constantly asking me what the next ‘big thing’ is and weather now is a good time invest, or should they wait and just keep their money in the bank.  I tell everyone the same thing – any day is a great day to invest if you have the right product that fits YOUR requirements, and there is no such thing as ‘The Next Big Thing’ so stop waiting for it.
