We are launching a new concept for purchasers who wish to purchase in the Chateau de la Cazine but do not wish to tie up as many funds. This option is perfect for 1st time investors and/or lifestyle buyers:
Room 2 (same size as Executive room)
52 week Fractional Ownership max 2 per investor
Non-rotational ownership (hence price differences on chart below)
This is a stunning ‘Entry level purchase’ where clients can experience what being an owner in one of our resorts feels like yet still generate the kind of returns that are available for investors. This is deeded ownership therefore it is an actual asset in Chateau de la Cazine with a rental guarantee provided and 2 different optional buybacks offered (the unit can also be sold at any time).
The Package
· Customers can pay for their fraction on a monthly basis for up to a 12 months at 0% interest*!! This means that a fraction can be purchased outright for only £333 per month for 12 months!
*On the 0% interest payment option, the rental returns/usage will begin when the unit is fully paid for (commissions however will be paid monthly on a pro-rata basis)
· Use your week OR receive a 5% rental guarantee that year for 10 years – 50/50 split thereafter
· Customers pay completion Costs of 7%
Non-rotational
· Maintenance fee, FOC costs and share of the local taxes etc. payable but divided by 52
· Estimated total costs to owners each year £100 max.
There is an optional 150% buyback in year 5 if owners re-invest the total return (including initial investment) back into a BBW product (Robin Barrasford directed resort) to help owners start building a portfolio with us (or they can still resell at any time or keep it)
ALSO an optional 150% buyback in year 10 where owners can take the profit and walk away therefore making the purchase risk free!
