HAPPY NEW YEAR!!...... Better Late than Never.

We are finally back! A week later than most of our UK and Canadian friends. Being based in our Spanish office at the moment means that due to the Spanish Christmas Day (Fiesta de los Reyes) being on 6^th January, we are a week behind you all!

We are so excited about 2012 and what it will bring. Firstly, we are positive that 2012 will certainly bring resolution to many of the worries over Europe, UK and the Americas.  We know that the future is not going to be easy in the world of finance, but what we do know is that there is still money to be made and after speaking to many of my clients, people are certainly making money!

So what for Global Investment Solutions this year. Well, quite a lot really! Tomorrow’s blog will see the release of an exciting addition to our Chateau de la Cazine project! So I strongly recommend you checking back then!

In all we will be introducing over 6 new and exciting projects to our clients in the next 2 months. The need for clients to beat the, still, very low bank rates has seen the generation of some of the best products I have seen in my 10 years in the industry.

We are also going to offer our clients other property options. Many clients have said that they have many ‘investments’ but would like a bargain ‘lifestyle’ product, to make the most of their free time. To satisfy these clients we will be introducing some fantastic discounted properties in Spain, direct from the developers and in some cases over 50% below their peak prices. Although the Spanish markets will take 15-20 years to get to the highs of yesteryear, these properties are great ‘fun time’ investments that will see a return in the long term...... What better return on your money is there than sun, golf, sea, tapas, wine and family! (After all, this is why we moved here!).

Royal Sands in Ramsgate is going to be a large part of our business in the early stages of this year. With 20  units already sold pre-release, the official release will see massive interest in this outstanding investment. We have some key announcements in regard to the commercial and the Hotel operator in the first part of this year. So watch this space!

We will continue to offer some great ‘micro investments’. These are investments that will cost very little to get into, but will still beat bank rates.

We are also going to focus on Pensions and SIPPs a great deal this year for our UK clients. The press is full of stories on how pensions are failing you. We have the answers, including a free Pensions assessment! Keep your eye on our blog for more details.

For our Canadian clients, we are pulling together a group of Canadian products to offer you the security of investing in your own country. Amanda has been working hard on these products for over 6 months and these will be released very soon.

As you can see, we are going to be very busy during 2012. We are so excited of the opportunities we have to offer you this year.
