Liverpool Football Club Academy
The Developer signs contract with Liverpool Football Club to open
LFC Soccer Schools at our Caribbean resorts
We are delighted to announce that the developer of our off plan investments and Liverpool Football Club have signed an agreement to open Liverpool FC Soccer Schools at each of our resorts in the Caribbean.
The developer of our off plan investments will work in partnership with Liverpool Football Club to create Liverpool FC Soccer Schools which will provide unique training and coaching programmes in an environment where everyone will be given the opportunity to play football to the best of their ability, with encouragement and training to develop the skills necessary to enjoy the game at whatever level they wish to play.
The Developer also intends to make the facilities at the soccer schools available to local children to encourage education through sports as part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility in the communities within they operate.
The Caribbean provides the perfect location for sports training facilities as its climate makes it possible for year-round practice and training.
We believe that the involvement of Liverpool FC will enhance the prestige of the resorts and will help to define these developments as the premier destination resorts in the Caribbean.
Pat Cash Tennis Academy
The Developer has finalized contracts with Pat Cash to bring the Pat Cash Tennis Academy to all of their Caribbean resorts.
Pat Cash first came to the tennis world's attention as a junior player in the early 1980's. He was ranked the top junior player in the world in 1981 and in 1982 he won the junior titles at both Wimbledon and the US Open. He turned professional in 1982 and won his first top level single that year in Melbourne. In 1983 Cash became the youngest player to play in a Davis Cup final.
The crowning moment of his career came at Wimbledon in 1987 when he defeated the World No. 1, Ivan Lendl, in the final to become the Wimbledon Champion. He is a five times Grand Slam Finalist, winner of the Davis Cup twice and a respected world-wide television commentator.
The Academy will provide unique training and coaching programmes including video analysis developed from Pat's many years of learning during his playing career, his analytical approach and most recently the application of his knowledge in coaching on the professional tour. It will provide an environment where everyone will be given the opportunity to play tennis to the best of their ability, with encouragement and training to develop the skills necessary to enjoy the game at the level they wish to play.
Pat will also hold coaching clinics at each of the resorts and play in exhibition matches.

Trader Vic's Mai-Tai Lounge has an informal atmosphere where guests can enjoy tropical rum cocktails made including the original world-famous Mai Tai cocktail invented by Trader Vic himself to perfectly compliment the sounds of live Island music and Latin rhythms. Senor Pico is a Latin Grill with South American-style decor that is a fusion of bright colours to provide a unique backdrop for a wide range of authentic food and drinks.
